Please email us the images of the issue along with your order details at care@sebum.in within 3 days of delivery. Upon reviewing the images, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

b. Usage or alteration of the product by the user.

c. Return of the product without its original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, including price tags and labels.
