Note: All our prepaid orders are OTP-verified deliveries. We request you not to share the OTP with the delivery agent unless you receive the order.

Please email us the images of the issue along with your order details at care@sebum.in within 3 days of delivery. Upon reviewing the images, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Please be aware that we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
a. Damage resulting from misuse or overuse of the product.
b. Usage or alteration of the product by the user.
c. Return of the product without its original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, including price tags and labels.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in the event of cancellation. Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once the refund is initiated. Additionally, please review your bank statement for refund particulars.
